Refund & Return Policy

4DA SYSTEMS merchandise is produced on-demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Each item is printed specifically for you after you order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is noticeably wrong (misprinted, faded, misaligned)
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The item is lost in transit

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email runyourempirehq@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a photo showing the issue
  3. We'll respond within 48 hours with a resolution — either a replacement or a full refund

Shipping Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us. We'll investigate with our shipping partner and either reship or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. After production starts, cancellations are not possible.
